We take into account all performing levels for the elaboration of the WODs, no one is going to be "left out" for not having enough ability, the only difference will exist on the score, according to the performance. In Teenagers and Masters division the most aggressive points will be softened according to the ages of these categories. In addition, in the Individual division there is the option of scaling any WOD.


We offer the Scaled alternative to avoid the exclusion of athletes willing to compete with deficiencies in some exercise, they will score less but they will not be eliminated nor will they be prevented from finishing a WOD or the competition.
